From W.O.L.F. Staff Jillian Depperman
This year, W.O.L.F. has so much for which to be thankful. While there are many facets to our gratitude, we want to offer our deepest appreciation to our supporters who have made Skye’s stability possible. Without the generosity from everyone who donated towards her care, Skye would not be where she is today. Despite three extended hospitalizations during her first two months under W.O.L.F.’s care and a bizarre and befuddling mix of medical challenges, Skye is beginning to flourish. She has gained weight, grown in a beautiful coat, and allowed her natural mischievousness to shine forth for all to see! It is challenging not to stop and stare at this beautiful creature. She is nearly unrecognizable from the scraggly, painfully underweight animal who came to us back in August, who looked as though she was barely alive.
Today, Skye has so much life. She is such a character and a troublemaker! We love getting to know the real Skye. Our generous supporters allowed us to provide Skye with all the medical testing, treatments, and medications she has required. We are so thankful for everyone who has helped this sweet girl. From all of us at W.O.L.F., we wish each of you a wonderful Thanksgiving!
